Paco begins, during the seventies, to learn "The Art of Cooking" in the ovens of two os his greatest masters (Alfredo Diz y José Sauz), to later continue learning with other great Chefs like: Bienvenido Sanchez, Pepe Martin y Jean Pierre Kieffer.
Having achieved these goals, Paco Jiménez begins tracing his path in kitchen throughout the world. Nowadays he is located in Marbella, where he runs the restaurant and his youthful kitchen staff, including his son Felipe.
